Belgian software for figures that hold up

Juristelo is Belgian software for financial plans, forecasts and steering. It helps founders put figures on a project, present it to a bank and track it month after month.

What Juristelo does

Everything starts with a guided interview. The assistant asks about your activity, sales, investments and costs. It suggests benchmark figures when you hesitate. The calculation engine then turns your answers into consistent tables. You get a funding plan, an income statement, a cash flow plan and a break-even point.

Around that core, the Belgian software brings together six solutions. The business plan reuses your figures with no re-entry. The dashboard compares actuals with the forecast every month. Scenarios test a cautious or an ambitious assumption. Letter templates and free calculators complete the set. Every file exports to Word and PDF.

Why Belgian software

Because the rules differ from one country to the next. In Belgium, the notary asks for a financial plan before incorporating an SRL. Article 5:4 of the Code of Companies and Associations imposes it. Belgian software therefore speaks the language of SRLs, the CBE and 21% VAT.

Juristelo also sells in France. When you sign up, you choose your country and legal form. The interface then adjusts its settings: legal forms, thresholds and obligations. Think SAS or SARL in France, SRL or SA in Belgium. The website and the application run in French, Dutch and English.

Who Juristelo is for

For anyone who has to put a figure on a decision. A founder prepares the financial plan for a future SRL. A self-employed professional checks whether a company would pay off. An SME manager assembles a credit file for the bank. A project owner in France builds a three-year forecast. They all want the same thing: accurate, readable and defensible figures. Belgian software spares them a hand-built spreadsheet.

What Juristelo does not do

We prefer to say it plainly. Juristelo remains Belgian software for calculation and drafting. It does not set up your company and does not replace a notary or an accountant. It gives no personalised legal advice. Our letter templates remain informative. Our calculators apply the rates of Belgium and France, but they never replace a professional's opinion on your situation.

What we share for free

Part of our work stays open to everyone. The blog publishes legal and financial guides for doing business in Belgium and France. Each article explains a rule, a threshold or a procedure, often with a worked example. Our free calculators work out a formation cost, corporate tax or a break-even point. The letter templates draft a formal notice or a termination letter, with no bank card. Tax and social rates change every financial year, and we keep them current.

This free content shows how the Belgian software reasons, even before you sign up. You can test our way of calculating with no commitment. Anyone who then needs a complete file simply creates an account. A calculator gives one figure; the file connects them all.
