5. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on: the performance of the contract (provision of the Services, management of the subscription and credits), your consent (non-essential cookies, marketing communications), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement of the Services) and legal obligations (accounting and tax obligations).

The generated documents you keep remain accessible in your area until you delete them or close your account.
7. Use of artificial intelligence and processors
To generate the forecasts and letters, the information you enter is transmitted to our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic, acting as a processor, for the time necessary to generate the document. This processing is governed by a processing agreement imposing confidentiality and security safeguards; your content is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
We also use the following processors: Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (document storage, EU-West region – Ireland, and document processing services), Neon (database, EU), our hosting provider (application hosting, EU) and Google (authentication via OAuth, when you use it). We never sell your data to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union: some processors (in particular Anthropic, Stripe Inc. and Google LLC) are established in the United States. These transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may obtain a copy of these safeguards upon request at dpo@juristelo.com.
8. Automated decision-making
The Platform generates documents automatically. However, these generations do not produce legal effects concerning you nor significantly affect you within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR: they are draft documents that you remain free to proofread, modify, use or discard. You retain control at all times over the use you make of them.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, portability of your data, objection to processing and withdrawal of your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
