Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the juristelo platform ("the Platform"), published and operated by Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL, with registered office at Rue de la Colonne 1A, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 1033.022.383.

By accessing or using the Platform, the user ("the User") accepts these ToU without reservation. The financial terms (subscription, credits, prices) are governed by the General Terms of Sale, and the processing of data by the Privacy Policy, which complement these ToU.

"Platform" refers to the juristelo website and applications. "User" refers to any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform. "Services" refers to the features offered, in particular the generation of financial forecasts and the drafting of letters and documents using artificial intelligence tools. "Generated Content" refers to any document produced by these tools from the information provided by the User. "Credit" refers to the internal unit of consumption debited for paid operations.

juristelo is an online platform that makes it possible to generate, automatically and using artificial intelligence tools, documents from the information entered by the User: financial forecasts (income statements, cash flow plans, financing plans, indicators) and letters or documents based on templates (lease termination, formal demand for payment, cancellation of a subscription or contract, etc.).

The Services are used within the framework of a subscription and a credit system described in the General Terms of Sale. juristelo may modify, add or withdraw features and templates at any time.

juristelo is a publisher of software solutions and not a law firm, not a holder of a regulated legal profession, and not an accounting firm. Use of the Platform creates no advisory or mandate relationship. The Generated Content does not constitute legal, accounting, tax or financial advice and does not replace it.

The Content is produced automatically by artificial intelligence systems, which may generate inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate information. The User undertakes to systematically proofread and verify all Generated Content before using, sending or filing it, and remains solely responsible for this use. For any situation involving significant stakes, juristelo recommends consulting a qualified professional.

Access to the Services requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The User must be at least 18 years old or have the required legal capacity.

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported to juristelo without delay. juristelo may offer two-factor authentication and recommends activating it.

The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these ToU. In particular, they undertake not to: produce or distribute unlawful, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent content or content infringing the rights of third parties; use the Platform for illegal purposes; enter data they are not entitled to use; attempt to circumvent technical limitations, the credit system or security measures; extract, copy or reuse, in an automated manner, the content, templates or databases of the Platform.

juristelo reserves the right to suspend or refuse any generation or access that is manifestly abusive, unlawful or contrary to these terms, without prejudice to any other right.

Access to paid features is obtained by subscribing to a subscription granting a periodic allocation of credits. Each document generation consumes a number of credits indicated before confirmation. The financial terms, duration, renewal, termination and right of withdrawal are governed by the General Terms of Sale.

The Platform, its code, its graphic design, its templates, its methodologies, its databases and its artificial intelligence configurations are the exclusive property of juristelo and its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

Subject to full payment of the sums due, the User has a personal right of use over the Content generated from their information, which they may freely use, modify and distribute for their own needs.

juristelo is bound by an obligation of means. Given the automated nature of the Services and the limitations of artificial intelligence, juristelo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal validity or suitability of the Generated Content. The User remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the use of the Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, juristelo is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of profit, revenue or data. The detailed limitations of liability are set out in the General Terms of Sale. No provision excludes juristelo's liability where the law prohibits it.

The processing of personal data, including data transmitted to artificial intelligence tools for the generation of documents, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Platform.

The Platform relies on third-party providers (hosting, storage, payment, artificial intelligence provider) and may link to third-party sites. juristelo has no control over the content of third-party sites and disclaims all liability for them.

juristelo may suspend or terminate a User's access in the event of a breach of these ToU, in particular in the event of unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use, after a formal notice that has remained without effect within a reasonable period, except in cases of urgency or manifest infringement of the rights of third parties. The User may stop using the Platform and terminate their subscription in accordance with the General Terms of Sale.

juristelo may amend these ToU to adapt them to legal, technical or service developments. The applicable ToU are those in force at the time of use. Any material change is brought to the User's attention by an appropriate means.

These ToU are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. The consumer may use the Consumer Mediation Service or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing that, and subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
