Why these free calculators exist
Each calculation is one piece of a financial plan. On its own, it answers one precise question. Put together, these calculations form the file a bank, notary or investor asks for. Our free calculators give the pieces away, and we charge for the assembly.
The tax and social rates come from Belgium and France. They change every year: we keep them current. A calculator never replaces an accountant's opinion on your specific situation.
How to read a result
Each calculator shows the final figure and the full computation. Check the assumptions you entered first. One wrong rate, threshold or period changes the whole result. Then compare two situations, for example a high salary against a dividend. Finally, note the tax year used, since rates change every year. Our free calculators give a reliable order of magnitude, not a ready-made decision. Keep the result with the date of the calculation, so you can later see which rates applied.
Belgium or France: picking the right tool
Rules differ sharply from one country to the next. In Belgium, an SRL goes through a notary and publishes its articles in the Belgian Official Gazette. In France, an SAS or SARL registers with the commercial court registry after a legal notice. The label on each card shows the country concerned. Among our free calculators, pick the one for the country where your company has its registered office.
From calculator to financial plan
A calculator answers one question. A financial plan answers all of them at once. Juristelo takes over your assumptions and links formation cost, pay, tax and cash. Every change to an assumption flows straight through all the tables. A calculator shows one moment; a plan follows the figures over three financial years. You get consistent tables that export to Word and PDF. Start with our free calculators, then try the software for 7 days.
Informative calculators. The 2026 rates were cross-checked against public sources but have not yet been validated by an accountant. They change every year. These calculations are neither tax nor legal advice.
